I have spent the past 18 years working with groups and individuals on their journeys of healing and empowerment. With Masters qualifications, I am a psychotherapist and a counselling teacher and my passion is helping others connect deeply with themselves and through this, become fully alive, magnetic and create fulfilling authentic relationships. For me, safety is paramount in the therapeutic relationship; the greater the safety, the deeper the healing.
"Ingrid is an incredible therapist. She knows how to create a safe space for you and holds that space like no other. She took me on a journey that was so scary to start with but through her authenticity, integrity, great professionalism, her warmth and compassionate nature, I had one of the most extraordinary breakthroughs in my life. Thank you Ingrid" - Beatrice

Testimonials
Ingrid has a way of creating a space where you feel comfortable and able to express all you are feeling. Ingrid is compassionate, a wonderful listener and has so many tools, modalities and practices under her belt that for me fostered greater self exploration. Her approach gifted me with deeper awareness of my body allowing me to step out of my head and into the present moment, a shift towards self acceptance, a positive change in my relationship with myself and others, and a deepening desire to find and understand myself further. Thank you for all you do.

I am fussy when it comes to therapists but I have been working with Ingrid for well over a year. Because of the safety I feel with her and the trust I have in that safety, I have been able to openly explore my inner world with her. Through this process of self examination I have been able to uncover continuous patterns and beliefs which keep me stuck and stop me from experiencing my fullest potential. Through this process I have gained self awareness at a greater depth and then been able to challenge and work at making healthier choices when these patterns or beliefs arise in my life. I have grown exponentially since working with Ingrid. I find Ingrid to be professional and empathetic and fluid in her approach during our sessions. I highly recommend Ingrid as your new therapist.

When I found out my husband was cheating on me, I thought a psychologist would just tell me to leave so I avoided seeing one. Instead Ingrid worked with us to look at our dynamic and understand what some of each of our deeper needs were, and also look at how we could communicate better to get our needs met. It's like we've found each other again. Thank you Ingrid.
